Kalinda Services offers Business Consultancy, Payment Gateway Services, Online Education, Travel Technology, and Custom Software Solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If we provide you with account credentials for any client portal, learning platform, or dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

Fees for Services are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Fees related to payment gateway processing may also include third-party processor charges, which are disclosed separately. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kalinda Services retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary materials used to deliver the Services. Upon full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed agreement are licensed or assigned as specified in that agreement. All website content, trademarks, and branding of Kalinda Services remain our property and may not be used without permission.
Certain Services, including payment gateway integrations, travel technology APIs, and hosting infrastructure, rely on third-party providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and Kalinda Services is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalinda Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification clauses) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
